Inside a course
One learner's run, end to end. Every course works this way, so the second one a person does needs no explaining.
You assign the course, or the learner starts a free one themselves. It appears on their dashboard straight away.
Short modules in order, on any device. Progress is saved, so a run can be picked up where it stopped.
A knowledge check at the end, marked automatically against a pass mark the learner can see before starting.
A pass issues a certificate on the spot, carrying a unique ID, the score and the date.
The completion sits in your reporting from that moment, ready for whoever asks for it next.
Every pass issues a certificate with a unique ID on it. Anyone holding that ID can check the certificate is real and current - a client, an auditor, a prospective employer - without coming through you first.
The same completion is already in your organisation's reporting, so nothing has to be filed twice and nobody goes looking for a copy when an audit asks for one. The record and the certificate are the same event, not two things you have to keep in step.
